　　Day 01：Morning drive from Chengdu to Qingchengshan, trekking the mountain paths to visit several Taoist Temples: Jianfu Palace, Tianshi Cave, Shangqing Palace, Laojun Pavilion and etc., then take the cable car down, visit the Nanqiao night market in the evening.

　　上清宫

　　(宿都江堰Overnight at Dujiangyan)

　　第2天：酒店早餐，由太极师傅亲自指导，练习太极拳1-2小时，然后客人自己练习体会，午餐后参加道家养生讲座。

　　Day 02：After breakfast, take a 1-2 hours Taichi class tutored by Taichi master, then for self-practice, after lunch, attend the Taoist Regimen lecture.

　　（宿都江堰Overnight at Dujiangyan）

　　第3天：酒店早餐，由太极师傅亲自指导，练习太极拳1-2小时，然后客人自己练习体会，下午乘车返回成都

　　Day 03：After Breakfast, take a 1-2 hours Taichi class tutored by Taichi master, then for self-practice, after lunch, drive back to Chengdu.

　　备注：第1天的行程可独立作为青城山徒步一日游

　　Remark: The Day 01 programme could be operated as one day tour of Qingchengshan trekking

　　4、青城山、都江堰、日隆徒步四日游

　　4-Daytour trekking to Qingchengshan, Dujiangyan, Wolong and Rilong

　　第1天：早上乘车自成都抵达青城山，徒步上山参观各道观：建福宫、天师洞、上清宫、老君阁等，乘缆车下山，晚上逛南桥夜市。
